Comments:
Ran early so I could go to the fireworks tonight. Was a little slow cause I ran 11 last night and got done around 9:30 then ran another 10 at 5:30 this morning. 21 miles in about 9.5 hours so my legs were tired at the end. Foot is starting to hurt now but felt alright on the run, knee was fine.
