Comments:
Ran my tempo in the res with Ryan. Little humid but nothing crazy. The res was annoying for the first tempo since it was pretty rocky at points, but I dealt. The tempo was pretty easy, but it just felt weird running fast for the first time in a while. I couldn't really get in a rhythm since it was so short. Otherwise, solid first workout and definitely can be worked upon. Tempo was 5:51, 5:43.
