Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Met up at the Livingston track with Mark and Gus to do our tempo. We did it around 10 because everyone got out of work late. Legs were feeling a little tired from my treadmill run the other day but they eventually loosened up. Mark and I switched pacing each 400 the first mile, but I had him take over the rest. Went through the first mile in 5:29, dropped to 5:26, and closed the last 800 hard. Hats off to Mark for the pacing, he did a tremendous job. I was very pleased with how the run went as it showed me that I'm in much better shape than I was during the beginning of September last year. Eager to see how the next tempo goes
