Swimming with Finis Tempo Trainer:
I set it to beep every 14.08 seconds and do the following: push off when it beeps and i have to flip onto the wall and hit it with my feet while it beeps a second time... then i would rest for the next 28.16 seconds (2 beeps) and push off again after that.
I did that 20 times.
