Treadmill

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did an easy warm-up on the treadmill and then started at 7:30 pace and 1% incline. Each minute I went up 1% and 1 speed interval. Made it to 7% incline and 6:59 pace. Cooled down a bit afterward.

Went on the porch and did about 10 minutes of plank and then some curls in the garage.
