Comments:
Ran with Moran , we started a bit slow 7:06 pace wanted to drop gradually so we managed to keep it comfortable I cramped a bit at first but it was gone by mile 3 , but we slowed down at mile 4 due to Moran feeling pain in his ankle but for the rest of the run he was fine once we slowed it down and then picked it up again.
