Comments:
7x2-minute cruise intervals with one minute recovery--I chose a loop that went through the park in country club hills and spent almost the whole run there. The intervals had a good mix of uphills and downhills, so I recovered well and felt better than my 10-minute warmup and drills indicated. Before going home, I did five striders in the park, four barefoot.
