Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First steady state of the summer, and it was slower than I expected. But the time isn't the important part yet, just the effort, and if I manage to find a flatter course to run it on maybe that would help. I've run about this speed just on runs with Hayley, which is the concerning bit.

I also finally got in an early week lift, so I'll actually be able to do two good lifts this week.
