Comments:
Ran by myself this time. This is probably because this practice was pretty impromptu and wasn't really all that planned hopefully people just ran on their own. Ran up through the century them to the right and up a trail to Beebee then went up a path that led all the way to the track and then want through the plantations for a little back around Beebee and back down came back and did drills strides 10 mins barefoot running and abs. Felt alright during this run. Kept the pace pretty consistent especially up the hills.barefoot running felt good and served as a little cool down.
