Comments:
Great turnout for the first fun run. It was me, Silas, Soren, Noah, Tristan, Tommy, Matt at the end, hunter h, and Matt J an alum also coach Liam and Coach weishaar. And Ciach B was all there as well. Great to see them made it feel like the first official start of summer. Also we had an unexpected 8th grader show up so I talked to him for a little while and he said he was training for modified good to see some young guns coming out to train with the team. For this run we went out through the plantations then to the horse barn out and around the monkey trails and back again. It was a fun run literally. Haven't been out on those trails in awhile. Page was a little quicker on the way back since we went a little slow on the trails but that's pretty normal. Came back and did drills and strides and an ab circle. Did 10 mins of barefoot running by myself since I had time and did a hip workout. The only problem was it started pouring once I started my barefoot running so I got pelted because of the wind and I got soaked. It was worth it.
