lifting in the afternoon after work. Had already run in the morning.
Did a half mile warm up to shake things out.
found a sweet old gym in the basement with just racks, pull up bars and stuff. Much better than the main area upstairs where they only have 4 squat racks. Although not many people use them...
Either way 3x10 squats 105, 105, 115
jump rope/pull ups: 90, 120, 120. 7, 7, 5
3x8 dead lifts: 65, 85, 85\
med ball. Actually found heavier med balls. Including a 150 lb one... wtf
