Comments:
Easy 6 miles tonight. July has been a decent month for consistency. Running 5 of the 8 days while trying to run at least 6 miles each run. The miles are a little sluggish at the moment but I am looking forward to having a good month and can't wait to turn the intensity level for some marathon training as well the upcoming half marathon racing season. I have set lofty goals, now I have to do the work!
