Not my best day. felt tired and stiff during the run. For the first 2 miles my stride and cadence felt weird and unnatural so, I decided to turn back early. Started cramping bad on the way back and had to walk it off. Then again, my worst day's are usually the day after fun runs. biked home after drills and strides
