Comments:
Very hot today! My legs were fatigued and my shins are still bothering me, but i tried to not let it bother me too much. 1st mile i was right to where i wanted to be, but again i slowed down. Couldn't keep the last 2 miles sub 7. I had to run on the main road today so that really hurt my shins, will be going back to dirt roads for the rest of the week.
