Comments:
Going to try three days of running without a day of cross training. Today I decided I could try 4.5. Felt fine honestly, I'm happy that my cross-training is making this transition a lot easier. It was on grass and track. Minor aches and pains, probably because of the uneven grass. It's hard to run on!
