Comments:
Felt like crap. Stopped 4-5 times. My lower back and right shin were super tight and never really loosened up. Stopping might have caused some of it. I think I probably over stretched it. Pace was slow. Felt slow, really hurt the last 200m, no speed as I tried to push to the end.
Just getting over a cold, might be part of it. Also didn't sleep all night... but I had been in bed all of the last 2 days... (which probably caused some back tightness.
