Comments:
Another morning run. Problem was it was less than 12 hours after I started my long run last night. Felt that a bit so I only went 5. Still on track for my first 40 mile week with a 7 miler tomorrow.
Juan took it out quick again then dropped out at mile 3. I was really feeling that long run.
Took the last 2 a little slower
will start saving morning hr in hr avg
