Comments:
Five weeks until the 100 on 100 race. Time to get focused.
I need to start icing my feet so they won't hurt all the time. Might need new sandals, hopefully new running shoes will help, and I should be doing arch strengthening and plantar rolling.
I need weekly long runs for the next three weeks.
I'd like mileage to grow and to get a few workouts.
I'd like to make healthy eating choices.

Week of July 13: 40 or more miles
Week of July 21: 50 miles
Week of July 28: 55 miles
Week of August 3: 45 miles
Week of August 10: taper as needed
