4x(400 im @ 5:30 + 4x50 kick)
4x(300 im @ 4:00 + 3x50 kick)
4x(200 im @ 2:35 + 2x50 kick)
4x(100 im @ 1:15 + 50 kick)
For the whole set you do im kick by round (so r1 of the whole set it's 4 50's fly kick, round 2 is 4 50s back etc... and the interval is :45 seconds for fly, back and free kick, and :50 for breast kick)

8x150 free - odds @ 1:40, evens @ 1:45

5x(50 back at 200 pace + 50 ez @ 1:45)
straight into 100 back for time
