I think there's something about the gambier grass that's much better than that shitty golf course sod up in michigan. I think the grass here is thicker and softer and better for running on. and I hate golf.

Started out normally for the first twenty minutes then gradually increased the pace until I was going at a strong pace that wasn't overly taxing. I think it was about a 45-minute progression. Later in the run I did 10x100meter strides. I felt really uncoordinated for them, which I expected, and I'm going to do more on a daily basis to start focusing on stride efficiency.

This was a good run with several different paces included in it. stretched thorouly and for a long time afterwards.
