Didn't have an opportunity to run until late, and at that point I really didn't feel like attempting to map out what would probably end up as a highway out-and-back, so I decided to check out the gym in my cousin's new apartment. It's pretty great. After the run, I did 2x 15 chest presses, 15 leg lifts on each leg, and 2x 15 hamstring curls (each leg). Run felt pretty good. I arbitrarily chose the 3:1 incline level 1: incline level 2 ratio, and ended up manually setting a few steeper stretches and a few neutral ones.
