Morning track intervals with Jim

Weather: mid 70s and very humid and uncomfortably warm

Comments:
Drove to Au to meet Jim as he'd asked for company on his 8x400 workout. His goal was to slip under 90 per 400 with 200m in 90 second recoveries.

He looked very smooth and I felt very in control, happy to report. It was still very tiring and required focus. I was quite wiped out on the cooldown back to the car and nearly gave up when I got to the car and realized I'd left my keys at the track and needed to run back to retrieve them.

We alternated leading the intervals with me taking even numbers and consciously pulling away in the final 200 of #8. Made a conscious effort to accelerate without getting up on my toes for that final 200.
