Exercise Type: Run
Weather: coolish for once?
Comments:
first workout effort of the summer! went out the back way from the cathedral with julia, took it at a chill pace to start out with and started the tempo once we turned around. still felt pretty good despite long run on sunday, worked on cresting the hills etc etc, I haven't switched gears in so long that it took a couple blocks to get back in the swing of it. met up with anthony and co towards the end of our run and finished it off with rhianna and abby- felt the burn on that last uphill but otherwise I probably could have pushed it more. overall a fun run though :)
not sure how long/far it was i need to start wearing a watch, I'm making up all these times just fyi
