Comments:
Just an easy 4 miles, I really fought with myself to get out there and go run. As always it was worth it! July hasn't been going that well. Half way through the month and I have only ran 6 of the 15 days. There is still time to pull it together and together I must. After July I have just two months before the marathon! Need to get moving!
