Long run

Want to get used to more intensive days on monday and wednesday. Next week I'll do lift and swim on those days but I figured a bit at a time was probably the right call.
Felt pretty good today. did half on the treadmill the other half on the indoor track. That goon was there again. This dude literally walks around the track for a bit. Then looks at me. Once I pass him he takes off, flying past my for a lap then walks. Does some more stretches and watches till I pass him again. Sure enough he comes flying past me for maybe half a lap and stops to take a drink of water. Then he started taking a couple of laps off. One day I swear I'm just gonna blaze the motherfucker he isn't even going that fast. Today he came flying off the turn so hard he almost ran into some girl walking on the outside. Then he struck up a conversation with her! such a goon
Tried to keep the run around 7:20 pace since it was a long day. Dipped a little below that on the second half but that was only to maybe 7:10's
