Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Attendance was great today. Saw a bunch of alums which was great too. Attendance was: Noah m, Noah s, Niall, Connor, Coach W, Coach Liam, Silas, Ronan, Tristan, Matt, Soren, Nick, Matt, Jakob, Cole, Devon, Hunter. Before the run I saw Peter Kane(current corning runner) running with Sam Chauvin(former Cornell runner). He must be looking at Cornell. When I told him we had practice he seem surprised that we had already started. Noah's last run today damn I gonna miss training with him. One hell of a runner. We started out towards the plantations went through there went all the way through the trails all the way up to horse barn. We were gonna go down freese but Hunter had to go to the bathroom. So we went towards the golf course. Then we went down through BeeBee lake and up back to the track had to cut the run a little short since it was about to storm so I will add on mileage Friday. Pace was fine didn't want to push it and felt a lot more easy than I was doing at Boston. It started storming when we got back so we did drills and strides in the wrestling room. Then we did about 15 mins of abs. Once everyone left I rolled stretched and did a small amount of hips.
