Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
6 strides towards the end. This was an easy run on the first hot day in a while, so I was surprised at the pace. I lightly twisted my ankle toward the end and it was looking a tad swollen later, but it doesn't hurt so all is fine.

In my mind, there's this fear of the 45-mile week building. I've done it before successfully, but it sounds like a scary step beyond what I've been doing. Maybe writing out my plan for the week will help.
