Exercise Type: Run
Weather: perfect
Comments:
I felt okay. Hills are definitely not my favorite, but I guess that's why it's important for me to run them.
On the first set, I worked myself too hard too quickly so by the 3rd time I had to run up that thing I preferred death over coming to the top.
On the second set I took it easy, probably too easy and didn't speeed up on the last one. So it was faulty but I can improve Wednesday.
I'm really glad I did two sets instead of one.
