Comments:
One of those runs that reminds you why I do this. Hit a bit of a slump around mile 5 but by mile 7 I felt real good.
Also, the treadmill was at 7.77 miles when I had burned 888.8 calories so that was sweet.
Started out slow but picked it up nicely. By the end I was sub 7
