Comments:
You'd think I learn my lesson about pre-run nutrition. Ate nuts a good 3.5 to 4 hours before I ran, still had GI issues. Legs felt a little sluggish, took it easy tonight because I plan on making a quick turn around to run a long run in the morning on little sleep.
