Weather: low 80's, humid

Comments:
It's 5:30 a.m. and it's still hot as balls. Only 7 hours rest from last run. Ran first 3 miles as a warm up, then settled into a good pace. Last 3 miles felt difficult, might be from short rest period, humidity. Still making gains in my fitness. Stopped the gps by accident and had to restart.
