A Fox!

Comments:
I saw a gray fox during my steady state, which was exciting. I felt kind of sluggish for most of the workout, which I guess is understandable coming off of Sunday and potentially having a slight cold. The pace was okay, but the effort was definitely correct. The cool down was a bit long due to where I ended, and I did some strides during that too, so it was a long day.

Actually, the first mile was 7:45 (whoops), so the next three were at 7:14, which is much better.
