Comments:
after work run. Felt decent. Considering how this morning went I'm pretty pleased with the effort. Wanted to make it somewhat of a tempo day so I took it quick. 1st mile started easy then picked it up right into 2nd mile around 6:24, 3rd mile around 6:20, last half around that too.
Felt I might have been approaching anaerobic respiration so I called it at 2.5 of tempo. Lesson learned from taking things too hard last summer.
