Comments:
Did an Interval Workout, 3 Miles with 3 1/4 Intervals. Went well. Added an extra half mile at the end by accident. Played volleyball on beach for first time tonight. Fun. We did ok. Lower legs got tired which was good, means they were working in the sand.
