Comments:
Warmed up and then did 4 X 1000 meters with strides in between each. It was pretty tough for me to keep the pace he wanted us to. I didn't keep a record, but he wanted he 1000 with 4:15 - 4:30. I know I did that. I was tired afterwards, but felt good.
