Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ana and I met up with Abby and Rhianna at our midpoint around 8:00 and did a run in rock creek park. I was feeling really great until we went on a hilly trail along Military. (I'm convinced they speed up on hills.) I fell behind a bit on the hills but mostly made it up on the downhills, and then by the time we got out of the woods I was feeling better. We got to our midpoint again to finish the run and then started discussing how to remember how much we'd done, and eventually started talking about times that were consecutive numbers, and decided that we had to all extend our runs to 43:21.
Anyways, really nice to get out at night and with friends. I felt a ton better out of the heat. Also, rolled my ankle weirdly a couple times and now the top of my foot hurts. I'm sure it'll go away though. Earlier in the afternoon I did all of the STA leg exercises, plus crunch rotation with push-up rotation in between for strength.
