Legs were gone for any type of running after the Interval Workout. Just as planned! Did 1.85, my slowest yet perhaps, which is just fine. Hit baseballs with Hudson and broke his bat, picked up two new ones tonight, one for him and one for me. Hopefully play again Thursday night.
