Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I left the house about 12:45 a.m. Felt pretty good. Tried to stay relaxed and not push myself hard. I stopped twice, incidentally at both the 2 mile and 3 mile marks. Breathing was a bit tricky; I can tell I'm out of shape. But as I said, I tried to stay relaxed and not pick up the pace.
