Weather: 77, humid.

Comments:
Warm up mile 6:42, 4 mile tempo: 5:54, 5:45, 5:40, 5:25. Cool down 6:43. Legs still sore from earlier this week. Had to run the big hill on Chestnut mile 3 and 4. Lungs took a beating today. Effort felt pretty intense for this early in the cycle. Might be what I needed. Last couple runs were getting slow.
