cent trail east to argonne. exact pace there and back, however I had to do a little kick last half mile to hit that. felt strong, a little beat up from work right at beginning but very good stamina, legs were still holding the pace from mile 2 on mile 12. beat my goal pace by 8 minutes. 150 lbs
