Comments:
The boys all stuck together for the six miles before the workout and then split into two small groups for the workout. Group 1: Jake, Hunter, Ian, Silas, Ronan, Niall, Connor, and Matt J. Group 2: Kieran, Matt L., David Frank, Noah, Tristan, and Soren. Both groups did 8 and were at relatively the same place at the end. They also both had pretty good packs.
Great workout overall, everyone seemed to really push themselves but also push each other. We finished with drills, strides, abbs, and hips for those who could stay.
