Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Pretty average run I'd say. quarter mile up hill then half mile flat. so on and so on. Tried to keep it around 7:10 on the flat and around 7:24 on the uphill. Can't make the treadmill go higher than 5.0 incline otherwise it gives me "Error 44" and brings it back down to flat so whatever that means. Probably too good for the machine no biggie.
Lift day too but there was some cross fit club/class in the gym I like to use and the racks were all taken upstairs. So i did some other stuff that will be outlined in the weights section of today's log.
