Like I said, no squat rack today unfortunately but still got some good work in
one legged box step ups 3x10 each leg with 40, 50, 40 lbs total pushup superset
pullup, calf raises superset: 7, 7, 7. 30, 30, 30
wall-sits 1 min x 3 1 min rest.
