Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had a really nice run at Oatka Park. Did 7 miles total - 5 on grass and 2 on roads. Best summer group run so far. Afterwards my foot was sore, even though it was fine for all 7 miles. Might be time for 1-2 weeks of NO Running and get in some swimming, biking, etc.
