Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
met up with Rhianna, Abby and Anthony and headed towards Rock Creek Park, with a quick stop at my house so Abby could use the bathroom. We ran on some very hilly trails through the park, and came back out at my house and somehow only 25 minutes had gone by. We also hit up the sprinklers at Lafayette, where I got completely soaked (and I'm pretty sure everyone else judged me for it but that's ok because it was totally worth it.) No idea what the mileage was. I feel behind some about 20 minutes in, which seems to have become a pattern (thanks for accommodating guys.) Definitely considered turning back when we passed my house and I was getting some cramps, but the thought of the sprinkler kept me going. I think I may be a little overly ambitious in my running choices. On the plus side, it's kind of exciting that steady runs are now 4-5 miles, because in the past that hasn't happened till the middle or end of the season.
strength was the sta core thing.
Nice to run with my neighborhood buddies and also nice to have Anthony join us.
