Only 69 days until the Wineglass Marathon, I am behind schedule by about two months. So the slacking stops today!! No more excuses, no more weakness! I preach all day about excellence, commitment and dedication and now it's time to start living by those words instead of just saying them!

The rest of july will be about getting back into the groove and opening up the lungs. I will also need to focus a great deal on push-ups, sit-ups and stretching. As well as placing an emphasis on hydration and nutrition! I got some weaknesses I need to deal with; cigarettes, weed and mountain dew! If I want to do what I say I want to do I need to cut them out especially the cigarettes!

So todays run was just a an easy three. I have to start somewhere so I decided that tonight was the night to start. Afterwards I did some light stretching with a few sit-ups etc...
