Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 74 degrees, no wind. Not too humid.
Comments:
Really great run. Only stopped twice. Once for traffic at like 1.25 files, and again at 4.25 to loosen my shoe lace. Tried to keep a slow easy pace, was working on distance and endurance -- not stopping. Felt pretty OK. Legs felt kinda heavy, lungs were good.
Took Sunday off. Only had one meal today, but drank tons of water.
