Comments:
felt the chills around .5 mile and 1 mile in and then again on the cooldown. Might not have been as hydrated as I would have hoped. Also ate dinner too close to the workout, was getting some acid reflux. Other than that it was a pretty great run. I'll take it for now but we've got a ways to go still.
