Comments:
Probably okay run as a whole. Went out a little fast for the first couple laps. Hit the mile in 5:07. Felt just overall tired nothing really to point out inparticular. But tired is proably goo for me right now so I can feel really fresh at the end of the year. The heat's hitting me pretty hard too. Me and Ethan did a pretty easy cool down on MLK afterwards. My legs felt madddeningly good durning it
