Yeah baby! Three days in a row!! We going to end July on the strong side and we are going to have an even better August!
Today was a very positive run. The first two miles where a little faster than I have been running and the last two miles I was cruising! Yesterday was the first time all month I broke 8 minute miles and then today on the return home was the first time all month I have been under 7! Very positive and it did help that I had a bike pull me through the last half mile! I keep saying that I am behind schedule and for the marathon I am but overall, I feel I am doing much better this year than last.
